TEQU 3001: GENERAL CHEMISTRY FOR TECHNOLOGY I. Three (3) credits, three (3) contact hours per week. Study and analysis of the following concepts: atomic structure, periodic table, stoichiometry, chemical bonding, molecular geometry, thermochemistry and gas laws. It emphasizes problem solving applied to industrial chemical processes.
